Not yet sent — content for this week hasn't been dispatched

Sent — email dispatched but not yet opened
W
Opened — tracking pixel confirms email was opened
W
Completed — trainer confirmed they completed this week
W
Alert — sent but not opened for 2+ consecutive weeks

Compliance Logic

A trainer is on track if they have opened the last email sent
A yellow warning is raised if the most recent email was not opened
A red alert fires when 2 consecutive emails go unopened — time to call
Use the Log Call button to record your follow-up conversation
