EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION APP - TRAINER GUIDE

1. GETTING STARTED

• Select your horse from the dropdown
• Choose start and finish dates (default: current week)
• Click "Load Schedule" to view workouts
• The app remembers your last horse and date range

2. VIEWING WORKOUTS

• Weekly View: See Monday-Sunday calendar (today in RED)
• Scroll View: Opens full-page scrollable view
• Line Graph: View training zones over time
• View Full Template: See complete 29-day prescription

3. MARKING WORKOUTS COMPLETE

• Check the box next to completed workouts
• Click "💾 Save" to download updated prescription
• Your progress is saved automatically

4. APPLYING TEMPLATES

• Click "Apply Template"
• Select a training template from dropdown
• Choose start date
• Click "Apply" to schedule workouts

5. ADDING NEW HORSES

• Click "+ Add Horse" button
• Enter horse name
• Horse appears in dropdown immediately

6. SAVING YOUR WORK

• Click "💾 Save" to download HTML file
• File includes all workout data
• Re-open file to continue where you left off
• Auto-save runs every 5 minutes
